Well my manager got layed off, I am sure it will be me very soon I mean what will they do with me considering I am the only reporty to my manager

I'm in Technology and I haven't heard of any layoffs for my area, although my group was hit last fall when they did layoffs.
There is no such group as "TOS". Technology and Operations were separated into distinct business lines in 2023. If you're in Technology, say that. If you're in Operations, say that. But TOS does not exist. Go ahead and downvote me 10,000 times, I don't give a sh-t.

It's possible that they will move you under a new manager. I guess it depends on the nature of your work and if it's mission critical or not. In any case, polish your resume and start looking.
