I left. Taking time to decompress.
Good luck to the rest of you.

you have accepted no raise for the last 10 years, then you deserve the same for the next 10.
You’re not a slave, go find other employment if you can and if you can’t be a professional and do your job to the best of your abilities.
If your salary there is no contracted hours , so if the job is to work nights , weekends then do it!
Employees have accepted 0% rises for years. It's now coming to a head, but the exec's don't see it. While we all watch the exce's creamining it in. The network is falling apart, you can't get anything done across teams. Nobody seems bothered. You get 0% if you bust a gut, and 0% if you just sit back. Those of us who've accepted the 0% all this time, are realising those who made no effort are in exactly the same position and are now joining them.
Only a fool would work a second more than their paid hours. Never go above and beyond until the company does (i.e. pays out bonus and increases to staff yearly and consistently) - quid pro quo!!!!
The syntax is horrible, but the message is clear to anyone with a brain. If you have accepted no raise for the last 10 years, you still work > 40 hours, work weekends and go above and beyond w/o said raise, why give you more? You will accept the same in 2024, 2025 and onward. OP has a point.
Can you translate that post?
I read it 4 times and I'm still struggling to make sense of it.
