She has consistently received substantial criticism over the years, which raises questions about her suitability for the presidency. Instances of negative feedback concerning her tend to be swiftly removed from public view. This serves as a glaring example of inadequate Diversity and Inclusion leadership at Chevron, where individuals, regardless of their performance or mistakes, appear shielded from accountability. I have worked in one capacity or another for over 10 years and her leadership has been profoundly disappointing, contributing to the departure of valuable colleagues including DB.
