Everyone needs to stop criticizing DEI and focus on criticizing poor decision making from poor leaders.
All smart and moral people know that diversity is good. Diversity isn’t the problem and it is ignorant to try to keep going there. Poor leadership is the problem because bad leaders don’t make the right moves to be accountable for the right results that help more of us keep our jobs.
99% of the people here are not afraid of working with anyone with a diverse background, as long as you actually have the background to support your hire. See, the problem here is CL, KR, and Vp biggy smalls, don't use it for that. They use it to purchase silence because they themselves have been exposed as incompetent leaders. This place used to be incredible and a real team atmosphere. People worked together for the purpose of taking care of our customers, then the dipsh-ts showed up. VPDP brought his CenturyLink BS, CL ship wreaked google so his record in now 2 for 2 on his watch.
Here we go with the DEI talk again. Why are y’all so afraid of working with people from diverse backgrounds?
If a company is not performing well, the upper management should be the one to be let go.
