Nothing special here. It's called 'failing upwards'.
That being said, DXC has been running the hype playbook for a while but failed to get the next pumper of the Mike Salvino quality. Hence stock is down.
If you don’t like the way DXC is run, then change employment or shut the duck up!

The investors are also subsidising the executive bonus and salary.
