I heard that there were more layoffs announced today in mid-market. Not sure if they are in fiber, mobility or platinum, can anybody verify?

Mobility Managers got hit. Some of the Rock Island IL Mobility Managers got let go. Tobr mobility sales and service plus several 1As from CSD. We see a trend on our side. They keep absolute dog sh-t for managers and gotten rid of a couple of very good managers. What we now know is if you are not willing to be an obedient puppy, you will be gone. Higher up does not want true leaders. They want scapegoat puppets with no moral compass or heart.

I’m actually doing good under JBV. I am a rare exception. I work really hard and I have a lot of experience and my customers like me. I am thankful. I know a lot of people suffer. Their modules may be bad or they just don’t have enough experience to do it. It can be done, but don’t expect a 100 ranking. 50-75 is good enough

Success Plans. What humor.

Translation = you better be looking for another job or try to get picked up by a Solutions Provider before being terminated (which can make it more difficult). Sounding like this is the case in a lot of the sales teams right now across the company and multiple segments.

Indicators are the next 90 days are going to get ugly for many in sales.

Yes Sir! Why do we need a SM, AE, Account Manager, Mobility Overlay, TSC, Security over lay. Back in the day we had to do it all Fiber, Mobility and Renewals as an AE. This is for Platinum that is. One Day we all be customers as indirect will take it over and lose half of the customer base.
