Can you believe how deluded these aholes are, they haven't completed the merit for last years appraisal, 3 months after year end. They are now chasing to complete goals for the new year. What is the point of this fake system? They are sending reminders about surveys, why bother.

They've been told thousands of times what the issues are but just won't fix them. I guess getting employees a pay rise when they get their's is too much to ask. I guess they're too busy putting themselves before others to even be bothered. What horrid people we have running this company, when they don't even consider helping people during a cost of living crisis!
Better still get a job on the senior management team and get paid millions for doing very little.
Goal number 1 Update CV.
Goal number 2 Find a job with a decent company.
Goal number 3 Leave.
Goal number 4 Breath a sigh of relief you've left this sh1tshow of a company.
Goal number 5 Congratulate yourself, better time are on their way.
