Migration to the Cloud

Is the migration to the cloud still behind schedule?
Are they still cutting corners and telling 1/2 truths about migration?
Migration of a specific project is not complete until previous tech is retired and ALL pieces now run in the Cloud.
Biggest hurdle is migration of DB2 data, consumption of it my migrated middle tiers and migrated front ends.

Years behind migration. The tech leaders don't know tech or leadership. Consultants and too many people whose only skill is to kiss up to RD and get the job.

IBM is still keeping the lights on because of d-mbasses like we have.

You better pray that the cloud networking team has everything locked down tight and the cloud service providers don't F up on security, because the quality of the actual code is on par with the dirtiest streets of Delhi
