Thoughts? is a re-org/layoff on the way?

That’s what we come to this site for! Just like natural fires help clear the land and start new growth, so is a good re-org and layoff! It’s the cycle!!
Did you forget Leading Performance? That's coming and it'll be different for everyone. You'll have to cut $ and that will be heads or pay grades or a combination of both. Don't expect applying for jobs but more managed move scenarios. You see it already where open jobs are NOT being filled.
To which BU will the axe man cometh? Predictions?
Layoffs will be small in nature and confined to a particular BU. The days of a big package like 2020 are over and done with. And the axe man is around the corner.
