What contribution does she makes on improving employee morale being the CPO. I mean look at her Linkedin, it's full with posts about bunch of D-I stuff on promoting equality. The attrition rate is at all time high now. what contribution has she done to be still around

She is probably the best CPO we have had. She has done more to bring tech pay to market and above in some areas. She is a catalyst for change…..not too many better in the industry. You will change your tune in two years when we are ki-ling it in our industry.

OP: the high attrition rate is a feature, not a bug.

ICs who leave on their own are highly desired by ELT, as they do not require exit packages and generally zero cost. That's probably why she's very effect at her job. It's just not the job you think she should be doing.
