DEI cost me a promotion at Intel several years ago. It had to go to a diversity candidate according to a female director who was of a diverse ethnicity.

If you can beat your opponents, you don't need a racist program to help you get a leg up.
DEI puts the wrong people in jobs they shouldn't be in.
We need to push back against DEI.
I work with id--ts who are promoted, yet don't know how to do their jobs. It's frustrating to the rest of us who have to pick up the slack.
Apple has a very strong DEI program. Gotta just admit it that maybe you're just not good and that it has nothing to do with women and minorities.
