I’m grade 6, have grade 5 pay (comp ratio is very low), I get role modeling in everything insight, got ME back in April, today my manager said I’m performing at grade level 7. You can say how things are messed up.

Just leave, no need to put up with all that BS.
Talk to your manager and say “ since I am performing at the next level, I would appreciate that you consider me for a promo at rewards in January”. You need to get your name in there mind so they don’t give it to someone else.
If you are performing at G7 and getting paid like G5, why are you still at Intel? Do you have no self respect?

I'm your manager and I did not say you were performing at grade 7 level, I said if you don't start performing at grade 7 level that you'd be getting an ISP.
It is your problem, not Intel. If you don't like it just leave. You will be paid grade 3 next year if you keep complaining.
