Just by applying to other jobs you will start to feel better. Knowing you are working on a way to escape this shithole will do amazing things for your mental health.

Not so much about keeping replacements but sometimes you can’t even find replacements. This job became so bad that we can’t get anyone wanting to apply to it anymore. Anyone out of high school that isn’t going to college or someone out of college that needs work would apply someplace else before here including a job that pays less and has less responsibility. This company likes to act is if most people who are job seekers just apply to any job because they need a job without reading the details or knowing what they’re getting themselves into. They also act like there’s no such thing as word of mouth. Of course the people that hate this job tell their family and friends not to apply here. If enough people hear about the toxic environment the less that apply.
This plan only works if you replace the people that quit. We can’t keep the replacements

The company is making the work environment toxic because they want all the people that have been here awhile with the (vacation time, 401k match, company cars, more $) to quit and then they will redo the structure similar to how it was. Don't quit, milk that O.T. and don't stress or work to hard. Fu-k them
