whats the role of IFS? just glorified customer support?
A lot came from IOG/NSG so just figuring things out on-the-go.
It is crazy to realize that IFS has over 1000 people and 90% of them have no idea about the competition or what it actually means to be a foundry. Most of these were B and C level players hired from outside or other orgs inside intel. Stu cleaned up some of the mess left behind by RT. Now this new guy KoB seems to be in way over his head. Has never worked in a foundry. Thinks he’s Morris Chang.

AMs, DMs, in Ireland are seeing the worst survey results ever and the feedback we are getting isnt the change that's needed, just the usual ignornace.
Just telling us they aren't happy about how we filled outbl the survey so we need to better for the MFT coming next.
Hope CCG is in there too. Its become a cesspool of useless engineering managers building empires, doing nothing except creating power points and leading the toxic political environment. There needs to be another SET, get rid of half of the engineering managers grades 9-12 and Intel will be better for it!
DCAI staff has already been reorged and the people who led the decline have already been pushed out - Lisa Deepak etc. who else is left?
IFS should be cut in half. Useless org under GY.
