Too many competent people are gone. Morale is down the drain. Not many people are invested in the future of the company. Mgmt can not cope with managing decimated teams. Maybe I’m wrong, but at least where I am, layoffs scope and selection broke the system. We will not be capable of doing our work in any meaningful and efficient way.

Remaining Fiber employees should all band together and demand voluntary severance packages ASAP before they get let go with no severance pay
