Someone please ask in ACM why our compensation is not competitive

Our pay is not competitive because our products are not competitive. Do your f—king job to turn this company around, or go find another one
These posts are so old. You get low pay because so far you have built low quality products as compared to your competitors.

@cob+1tFPRxZJ - your mindset will lead to layoffs and lower compensation. Do you really think that doing a sh!t job will get you more pay? I would bet earnings on 8/1 is a huge miss and that the meeting on 8/2 will include layoffs, capex being dramatically scaled back, projects being cut, and reduction in total compensation.
We have each ACM since December '23. When we do get an answer both Pat and Christy say employees are wrong, comp is fine and thats not the question to be asking. F Pat.
y'all are getting a paycut again. wild that some of you think there's even a small chance of a compensation increase. have a much higher statistical chance to get fired by November than get a raise.
Intel products su-k big time. Why the he-l would they pay well?
@evk+1tFPRxZJ You get what you pay for. Low pay = low quality products
What does intel need to do to get the message across?
They want you to leave on your own so they don't need to give you a severance package.
LoL, you design low quality chip and expect big tier compensation. Not gonna happen
