Still waiting for supervisor to schedule feedback with any of our group. Probably will have to wait until September now. Anyone else still waiting to be told?

There is a mandatory timeline for NSIcommunnication because of the decision for PIP vs PIL deadline and then the various deadlines for the PIP tracking done by BTC personnel ironically.
If you get PIP'd, just ride it out, don't cooperate or make things easy. Just show up, document everything, constantly bother requesting feedback, before you know it you will squeeze another year or two out.

Your supervisor is delaying it because he doesn’t know how to tell you that you are terrible and should quit after telling you all year that you are doing great. You will be NSI. You need to spend all your time looking for another job, then tale the PIL, start your new job and collect two paychecks for three months, that’s the only way you can come out ahead. You’ve been warned. Wake up and do the right thing for yourself. You have 5-6 weeks to look for another job on Exxon’s clock, then free money for three months.
If you are NSI PIP they have to tell you early. You only have a few weeks to decide on PIL PIPO or retirement. I doubt it would be in September. You have to be off the books by Nov 14th I think. So you need to start your PIP by late Aug. or September early. Mine is this Friday and everyone else was earlier this week or next week. Good luck everyone this year.

Results are released at different times and supervisors are told when they can communicate. If you only look for the worst in people you will find it.
That’s because they were telling you all year how great you were and now they have to figure out what messaging to tell you to justify a biased ranking result.
Mine is scheduled for late September. Does this mean I've avoided pip?

Perhaps your supervisor is NSI and he is taking the Pay-In-Lieu (PIL) and leaving.
