The OPEX team is allowed to give their opinion on the work the Project Managers and Project Engineers do, throwing them under the bus making it seem as though these employees don’t do their job! Opex team just sit and search for delivery dates and when the parts are delivered, no actual work with the suppliers, or creating purchase orders. They have no idea what amount of work it takes to work in other depts, but tell the VPs other teams don’t do their job? How is this a “WIN TOGETHER” team playing dept? We don’t need people that throw their own teammates under the bus, spilling untruths!

It’s a Dept in the Supplier Readiness value streams. Mechanical, Engines, etc… for Aerospace.
Never heard of OPEX. Is this a SBU specific thing?
