Employees provided their top voted question again

  1. compensation issue
  2. low morale

Compensation is poor because our products are poor. Why do expect competitive pay with apple/amd/nvidia when our products are some much worse than those companies?

It’s a death spiral.

Good people leave for more pay.
Mediocre people stay.
Good people from other places avoid Intel.
Repeat.

They understand. You're the one who still doesn't get it.

The low comp is a feature, not a bug. Intel wants to reduce HC by 30-50k. You're not getting a raise because they want you voluntarily leave without severance.
