Why do so many people at Cisco feel the need to take out their anger at having to work here on their coworkers? I understand you're unhappy here, I understand our manager is an a--hole, and I understand you want to leave desperately, but how is getting in my face over a smallest thing or refusing to help with something that will take you a minute to do help? I'm genuinely curious.

No one hates Cisco or ELT or the rest of the management. This is about exposing incompetent, useless and corrupted management but does not mean the people who write the comments do hate them. Using the words such as "hate" and "misery" is an indication of how toxic you are.

Looks like you know who wrote feedback about you on this board. Why don't you schedule one on ones and get their feedback directly? This is what you should do if you are "genuinely curious" instead of complaining on this board.
