Organizational disruptions constantly get in the way of day-to-day work with RTO being the biggest. Legg's directives get in everyone's way "everyone listen to me!", outages occur, Legg issues more directives getting in everyone's way, casting a vicious cycle. All organic forms of work at ATT are currently destroyed or on their last legs of life. Legg and Stankey wrecked it.
I still crack up, when I think about Legg's first holiday Town Hall, where he role played being roofied and couldn't find the meeting. So his organizations moved on with their lives and spent millions on Warner resources to make bloated accomplishment videos. He demonstrates here with his own understanding, that life continued fine without him.
