Elzero won't care what the scores are and he'll just blame it on RTO or whatever topic they choose to focus on this quarter.

TTUS are NOT anonymous as mgmt can see who has/not participated and if someone rates things particularly bad, it can end up biting you in the ar-e as it did me a few years ago.

I was particularly frustrated by 2-3 topics that weren't getting addressed by a certain SEVP and after filling out the TTUS my manager requested a face to face meeting to discuss some of my 'concerns' only I'd never voiced mine to anyone on my team, so how were they to know it was me?

My manager had a horrible 'Poker Face' and let the cat out of the bag when I asked directly if they could read my responses...

Nothing really happened to me but I noticed our next 5-10 one on ones, the same exact topic was brought up but what my Mgr didn't realize and the lightbulb finally went off for me is that THEY thought it was THEM but I meant upper, upper MGMT not them, I loved them...they started to laugh a bit and then actually said now that they understood that, they admitted they AGREED with me.

Yes, MGMT has access to our TTUS feedback.

So much for U.S. Bank being an ethical company.

I don’t fill that out anymore but what I do every day is pray to God that these people in our company and in many high positions everywhere around the globe get handled with fierce punishment like nothing we ever seen before. God’s got me.

Predictions? With the disastrous RTO roll-outs in MN, AC, GK and ElZero will get roasted more than usual.

Can't wait to see the results of the Q3 survey. I participated and gave some very direct feedback about RTO and noted that my very low ratings on all the Sr Management questions were tied to RTO. I realize this will almost certainly result in nothing, but at least I spoke up and did my part.

why bother filling the stupid thing out. its like a never ending cycle, they solicit opinions and it goes nowhere. the next quarter the same thing. what a waste of time

Company moral will never be addressed because management doesn't care about employee satisfaction. This company is hostile to most employees. Terrible work experience and environment.

Anyone else remember when AC claimed he reads every survey that is submitted? Does he really think people will believe that lol.

It won’t be low enough. Even if there was 100% negative survey answers from every single employee, nothing will happen. If the shareholders are happy and Andy Cecere is lining his pockets, then “we just need to be agile and we appreciate your lifestyle change as we become Better Together!”

Because corporations never have to bend a knee to the employees, the employees must always take it on the fu--ing cheek when the terms of their employment change. US Bank is trash.

I predict low scores will be blamed on RTO. Anything else will be ignored, yet another quarter where moral and other problems will not be addressed.

I’m ignoring the emails because I can’t give them the middle finger through this survey. There is not an option to do so. Why bother. They get a huge middle finger from me on how it’s going in the fu--ing neighborhood.

I chose to ignore this last one. First time not taking it in 4 years

My prediction is that they will say very little about them and pick one thing irrelevant to focus on.... OR even better they will twist a negative into something completely off base to fit their narrative.

A more appropriate name for the survey would be Your Voice Does Not Matter.
