Get fired! It’s so fun and they are so d-mb that they will settle with you and you won’t have to sue! They do just about everything wrong so it’s really easy! I pigeon holes my boss with emails and he had no recourse at all!
I tried to get them to fire me so I could sue them but the laid me off instead which was a win in my book.
As a rep im so burnt out and stressed out. Always liked my job and since mission 1 it's horrible. I really think they want all of us that have been here awhile to quit. Oh well they will soon get their wish.
Had I not got away from the FTOW role I probably would have eventually did something stupid enough to get me fired. I was that on edge and I don’t have a history of being a troublemaker but it was getting to that point that if I didn’t act soon enough I would’ve either walked off the job or just completely lost my mind. I had to get a different full time job because the job was interfering with my personal life and I just couldn’t take the job anymore it was burning me out.
I had the same attitude and got fired, just prior to covid! Wow that was awesome! Got unemployment, covid pay and had a new job. I was bringing in 3x as much money and working 20 hrs a week. Dream come true!
I have the same mentality. I do my job but don't give a fu-k and tell it like it is
I nowadays am not ashamed to have a "I no longer give a fk" attitude also including how I respond to disrespectful managers. If I get fired for whatever reason, fk it, their loss.
