You ordinary workers don’t understand the full picture, we are failing every time because lack of headcount! We need more managers to deal with our troubles, if 18A status is bad so need to put here 10 managers instead 1 , if Raptor lake is broken, need to create new BU to perform investigation, (100 managers at least) . Good companies are more competitive because of their management! So if we will have manager for each engineer we will win!
