What VP or higher at L3H would willingly buy our stock given everything that everybody knows is happening?

There are no secrets at my location as to how sh---y things have become due to buying AR.

We’re all just dealing with things until we find new jobs (my immediate supervisor included).

Markets up today... but LHX down a little.

Yahoo Finance says this:

Insiders sold L3Harris Technologies shares recently, but they didn't buy any. Zooming out, the longer term picture doesn't give us much comfort... While insiders do own a lot of shares in the company (which is good), our analysis of their transactions doesn't make us feel confident about the company.

I think this IT issue is organizational. You have legacy Harris and L3 leadership competing for the same projects and they don't play nice together. It has always been Harris and then L3. I think "they" restricted some internal resources from helping with a project that was primarily led by legacy Harris people and it turned out less successful than it should have been and that was the catalyst for this Accenture move. Great job folks, really turned out for the best for everyone involved

why would Boeing SA want part of l3 harries?

It has been interesting watching the moves that are made because they aren't announcements. I would love to know what the real story is. They really hosed a lot of people's livelihoods, but they also hired a whole lot of unqualified individuals to lead efforts that they were not prepared for, peter principle. Unfortunately, the ones in the middle (directors and managers) that were the most influential are still there. They have some real beauties in that talent pool.

I just noticed a bunch of former (senior) managers that no longer have the title of manager since they lost all their people to Accenture, wonder who got the better deal in that one?

Many years ago, Waco proved that bizjets are not our strong suit. That would be a disaster to bring them to Waco.

What about the bizjet portfolio? Why would they move that to SA? Seems more likely it would move to Waco

Okay, Govt is in talks now ref the Gvl move. Govt has been looking at taking the Gvl facility and make a Joint reserve base. Air traffic is minimal, long runways, hangars, office space etc.
Boeing SA will combine current ops with the Gvl assets.

I call BS on the Boeing buying Greenville and moving operations thing. Why would Boeing want to get back into airframe designed in 1958, spend millions of $$ moving down the road for a program with slim profit margins?? LOL

Pay attention…good leaders are running for the door and execs are dropping stocks fast. This place is in a death spiral with CEK and new CHQ leadership at the helm. I mean seriously, why was D Zack promoted? He has failed at every job!! Maybe it’s for racking up the most substantiated ethics violations? It’s clearly not what you know, but who you know. So, if you’re evil, unethical, and incompetent there may be a leadership role for you at L3Harris’ Corp HQ.

Seems to be the pattern with management the last few years. B.S. your way into a job, make as much money as you can before they figure out you don't have a clue, and take the parachute. Odds are, you will get away with highway robbery for a good 3 to 4 years before they figure out you're full of
s h y t.

Rats swimming away from a sinking ship or just the smart time to go? Pretty soon only the losers will be the only ones left. Looking out at the laid off employees with their faces pressed against the glass hoping to get back in. So sad when people have no place else to go. time to move on

Stock continues to drop, leaving behind a "bubble" period where it spiked to $245. Is this a correction?
