Breaking Insider Report, Intel Cooking the Ring Bus?

https://www.tweaktown.com/news/99575/intel-cooking-the-ring-bus-on-dying-13th-and-14th-gen-core-cpus-says-leaker/index.html

Shocking details including info on Keyvon involvement...

Just as he retires... This all seems to add up...

So I wonder if trying to ram out 5 nodes in 4 years might have lead to such a massive design/validation fupa...?

Who ever thinks Intel can still make chips must think again and plan for an alternative path. Nothing can save Intel. It is the perfect time to escape from its failure before too late and SELL SELL SELL if you have any of its stocks before it is too late.

When you brought up issues to the managers ? Do you think they really understand the problems and act accordingly or they just ignore them because they think you are stupid complainers ?

I work with a lot of grade 7 Indians in functional validation. They don't know anything other than ask obvious questions whose answers can be found in an email they're also CCd on....

Spot on @rgp. Grade 7 Indian architect I worked with asked me what a resistor was. He got mad when I laughed at what I thought was a joke.

@tyk Once an Indian gets into a managerial position, it's over. They will only hire other Indians (usually family&friends) who are vastly underqualified for the role. I had to work with an Indian "engineer" who was at Intel for two years and didn't know what x86 was!

I am glad that Intel replaced my 20+ experience with an Indian friend’s wife just got a Visa into US.

@kgy, the processors that are failing were probably made by TSMC. This is a design problem not a manufacturing issue. It is just another sign that Intel can't get anything right lately.

Intel is cooking its broken chips every single hour so why anyone wants to use its IFS ? Does that make any sense?

no point except to make “leadership” look good hope you’re all financially independent after swallowing so much bull even OnlyFans actors get more out of the experience

I see engineers speak up about issues all of the time. The problem is their managers don't want to look bad so they blur the problem at each level it goes up the chain. By the time the information gets to the top, everything is on schedule and looking good. I am not making excuses for lazy ELT members, I am pointing out Intel's bloated self serving management structure.

@dhy I was one of those people speaking out while trying to fix quality issues. The company rewarded me with an ISP and I was happy to take it. They replaced me with GB to BB technician grade converts.

What's the point of working for a company that consistently set it's employees up for failure, and throws experienced engineers to the curb to save a few bucks?

More layoffs = less people = less quality = bad products = bad reputations = more sell off = less profit = less buyers = more debts = bankrupted = closed = no topic = game over = shut down.

Sounds plausible but MLID is wrong so often that I can’t believe anything they post

Of course the workers who tried to speak up and fix quality issues then were ignored to save money to meet schedule will be rounded up with those responsible in a huge collective punishment or-y from the CEO and Board of Directors.

Intel used to prioritize quality over quantity, now they're shoving products out the door without proper QA and validation and it's coming back to bite them.

Yikes... I have a newer system with I7 14700 and now I read that 65W TDP designs might also go kaput. Nasty problem with degradation and morality correlated that the microcode patch can't reverse... So more like a ticking bo-b then knowing for sure like Pentium FDIV that the processor results are wrong.
