Too much attrition in India to keep the roles in house. Study underway to hand control of that scope to HCL or Infosys. Don't believe? Search the intranet for MSP projects. It can remain the Tech Center, but will be completely managed by MSP...
Nothing is happening w India. US home office still in charge. Lots of meetings, bobble bobble bobble.. Hard to see a day when the bobble heads have full autonomy.
