It is calling CORRUPTION !!! You get tax payer money and give to some id--ts that are making broken chips so they can lay off more people for you to feed.
This is exactly what should have happened. Now the bulk of the Chips Act money can go to improving the company and not paying welfare to dead weight employees. Welfare and food stamps are provided by other programs.
If they only layoff the scammers it wouldn’t be so bad.
