Any idea how much ICS teams and IDC will be affected this time around?

Pat is getting tax breaks in US and laying people off so this is bad politically. All things being equal expansion on foreign soil will not be so easy as it was in the past.
IDC should move to DCAI. Overall SATG should be parted out. Let the other groups take over any parts that are relevant and strip them down to any value they actually provide. The remaining peices of SATG can be dissolved.

SATG and IDC used it already current situation for targetted layoffs.
Nobody here really knows. This site is 50% trolls like the one below me, and 50% scared speculation. We’ll probably find out at the all company on Friday.
The other commenter who essentially “ordered “ everyone to just do their jobs is a real tool. Most likely a middle manager who had made a career out of kissing behinds for decades.
The threat of layoffs is a serious thing. People’s livelihoods are at stake. What is NOT needed here are arrogant lifers telling everyone else what to do.
No one has details and anything on this site is speculation at best. Quite often it is just trolls entertaining themselves. Just do your job and if it happens it happens you won't be able to control it. If you constantly feel your job is in jeopardy then go find a new one with greater security. Intel has allows been volatile.
