I am an Intel manager highly skilled at PowerPoint, and I refuse to RTO or work more than 1-hour a day.
You need to know your tool better than your family.
I don't understand why this is being downvoted so much, there are so many blatant cruisers at Intel, I see very well paid Middle and Upper management taking plenty of holidays, away for multiple hours each day. Going on a 3 months sabbatical to sail around med.
In addition, the quality of work that I have seen coming out of various BUs such as COE is absolutely disgraceful. Slides with copy and pasted text all over, half of sentences in 5 different fonts with red text on green backgrounds.

There are 120-hours in a work week.
