This does not make any sense.. There is mayhem of construction all over the place at the Chandler campus, yes there are semi-vacant buildings ( like CH2) but for the most part the remaining buildings appear to be at least 50% occupied...
so it's likely to be a sale and lease back scenario?
or can they subdivide the campus?
