If they are expecting all of this to happen with voluntary programs this company is done. Talent and experience will leave and the dregs will be left behind. This will be 2016 all over again only with many more people leaving.
Take whatever they offer and run with it. Good package or not, it is not going to get any better. Just get you resume out there and focus your energy there. When this company gets diced up and sold off the employees will take the brunt of that too. Today was bad but I have confidence that these guys can do MUCH more damage. Look out for yourself and family.
No reason to stay whatsoever
There is ISP if they don’t get the numbers
If its a good package, its a good timing to take and leave this horrible place
