KLTC no good! BTC good! EMTEC obsolete!
Yep, definitely merging of roles and extra head goes back to site. Also calling on "network" to support sites by promoting peer-assists than EMHC assists. Everyone a SME now, share the weath of knowledge.
BTC engineers are good for?
I have noticed a lot more indian engineers working with emhc engineers lately. The ratio is one indian to 4 or 5 hc10 engineers. The experiment has just begun. There was some down sizing at emtec and some engineers transfered out of emtec.
