It states that Intel has said it will honor RMAs/warranty. It even states that cases against companies that are honoring warranties get tossed fast.
The cost of the replacement CPUs will still be a big issue but as of now lawsuits won't happen.
How much of this instability is caused by motherboard/bios settings that are way over part specs?
More problems after more layoffs. Stay away from its products and financial goods.
Sell Sell Sell before it is too late. It will be a big mess at the wrong time.
