CP is this you? We already went through this BS with you earlier. Now it’s a giant mess because y’all couldn’t do what was obviously necessary.

I am an Intel veteran and was with MD6 long time ago. The Intel I knew was a very solid company. I guess employees and share holders need to thank Murthy Renduchintala and whoever hired that bozo. Now nepotism, cheating, and lying become the prevailing culture at Intel. My neighbor is an Intel HW designer. This guy borrowed 1.6 M to added 2000 sqft to his home used for ADU rentals. He was home for two years to manage and monitor the construction. Not sure this is a norm in Intel because I have never seen him to go to work, even after the construction. Then there is the other guy who works full time for two companies. His day time job is claimed to be with Intel, then he is actually working for a different company at the same time. It looks to me that Intel management is very sc--wed up.
"This hasn't described Intel in the past 15 years. "
Um lol yes it has since 1987
Leave lots of low productivity people having nothing to do is not a solution.
Problem is that company like Intel rarely able to layoff right people and keep productive ones. Heaps of corporate politics than strategic thinking dominate.
Why keep useless people in jobs? If they don't have the skills necessary to stay employed that is their fault and their problem. No one should be guaranteed a job. The company is bloated and inefficient that isn't sustainable. It needs to be lean and executing well. This hasn't described Intel in the past 15 years. It will be a painful process but it should have been done a long time ago in smaller increments and now it is critical.
no.. its not a charity. The company is broken and needs fixing.
We could cut your salary by 90% and save 6 jobs. Sound good?
The truth is Intel is full of toxic management and IC, there needs to be a top down reorg and layoffs to clean out the nepotism and a-s kissing yes men
