No VSP.
Years ago they gave me VSP and then when I did not take it did ISP. I could not believe what they did. Now years later, I'm still at the top of my game and earning much more. These fools did not know how to spot talent in my case. But I bet you if they give VSP countless talented will leave

Who gets to decide who is talented and who isn't? The self-serving, empire-building managers that got us here in the first place? Those guys would rather keep 10 dead weights around than admit they made a bad hire.
