PTO balance

Does PTO balance get added to the CPM payout or are we advised to take it before our last day ?

Nonexempt - you are cashed out for balance of PA & Vac hours but you lose unused Holiday.
Exempt - you lose your vacation time.

You will be paid only in CA, CO. I heard OR people didn’t get paid in the last CPM happened in 2022

Exempt, use it or lose it. It isn't tracked like it is for non-exempt.

Exempt use it or loose it except California....

Nonexempt 1.5x anything over 40h for PA.
Vacation is same as hourly

Nonexempt definitely the better gig

If you are non-exempt, then yes i believe you get it. If you are exempt, like me, i got the impression it was. But i don't see how they can do that since they don't keep track of it.

Like someone else mentioned i believe CA you do. But everywhere else i am not sure.

PTO is paid out. Unless you get an ISP.

Might as well use them once you accept CPM or a victim of ISP

No, vacation/PTOs are use them or lose them with no rollover hence no payout.
California might have better law protecting the workers though so it might be different.
