Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Who can view past performance reviews?

If I'm applying for another position internally, can the hiring manager view my performance reviews? And/or if I move to another group, will my new manager be able to view past performance reviews? I'd appreciate any general info on this.

No new hiring manager does not see.
Won’t know until your first review under new manager
It will only pop up if you were on some sort of corrective action.
If you do well under new manager, it won’t be an issue.
Close to coworkers w bad boss who told me same story when they got new role

It used to be that they could see the score but not the comments. but I was told by my manager that the policy changed, and now hiring managers can in fact read everything in the reviews

Go to the mid year review website and ask review questions. This is a lay off site.

Recent change allows hiring mgrs to see prior rations at some point in hiring process.

during the hiring process - no they can't see it

once you are their employee in workday - you can see past 2 yrs in workday, anything older than that can be retrieved with a request to HR.

Yes. Managers can see the past couple of years in Workday and request older ones if needed.

I’d like to know too. Can hiring managers see your rating in Workday?

Your new manager can file a ticket with HR to request your past performance reviews.
