What do you think the HC will be next year? My guess is a little more than this year at 138K. They probably have many hires in the work right now as they walk out people. I could never understand why.

@1lhe If you're getting paid the same as a new hire after 10 years, that's a you problem.
OP, to paraphrase Office Space, you're a straight sho-ter with upper management written all over.
@1y the crazy sh-t is they don't pay new people less. Newhires 10 years behind me make about 80% of what I do. Same with the H1B's. You would hope that they're being paid slave wages but they make full American salaries.
