Man most of yall are so professional! I currently work for Exxon and was just asking since I have an interview. I’m smart enough to know I probably won’t get picked, so I just had to ask.

LOL That's just an interview. You do not have the right to consider employment yet
Yes!
You’ll be interviewing at blackberry in 2008. Fun story to share when we’re in the dustbin of oil companies.
Ya always a good idea to ask employees focused on layoffs how they like their job: ROTFLMAO! ;-)
No way!
There are many toxic and incompetent managers, especially since 2020 clean out!! If you like layoffs, go for it!!
If it’s a Houston job and you want to work for a Big company, go for it. The money is great, and any big company has cr-ppy politics.
Every interview is a learning opportunity and more importantly can lead to job offer which can give you leverage if you have multiple offers in hand. Never burn the bridges before you or behind you.
Well the people who hang out on the layoffs boards will give you some salty advice, for sure, if that's where you want to end up also!
Run don't walk away from Chevron!
Depends how desperate you are!
If white straight male,don't bother.
Despite all the naysayers, Chevron is a reasonably good place to work. Like anywhere there are some workplace "challenges" and some toxic managers, but overall your life balance and long-term career goals will be supported.
No. Go away.
Having an interview and getting hired are two different things.
No. Unless MW is scheduled to depart.
