Just a friendly reminder to the rest of you not to make the same mistake I did. Citrix doesn't care how much you work or how good you are at your job. All they care about is your pay. If they deem it to be too high, you're gone. Nothing you do can make you safe.

Agree. High pay is a big target
Don't you ever again give it all! In this day and age, it's not worth it. Loyalty no longer exist, this is not like it was 20yrs ago where giving it all meant something.
Tech today is in the process getting swallowed by private equities and other cr-p quality acquisitions. This is the normal, it's value overall else, quality means nothing.
Just be a regular worker, don't ki-l yourself, lay low, do your work as best as you can. Don't work weekends, don't work before your start day and don't work after hours.

LOL the fact people would still have faith in the company is a joke. They stopped caring in 2017.
