Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Stop Complaining

Alot of people complain on here. Just go to work and collect a paycheck and look for other jobs. I left a few months back and I'm so much more happy. I enjoy my job now and there's so much room for advancement. We get to comfortable in jobs but when the workplace is toxic and there's no room for growth then it's time to go.

I’ll tell ya that some of these DMs and even RMS’s lie out their teeth and are no different than the num nuts that came up with mission one. They are all apart of the same cabal working against the reps and the merchandisers. Well not all of them are like this but a good number are. They have become so duped by this company that they believe everything they hear and are unable to reason.

This company is toxic to everyone involved with it right now. Customers, partners, vendors, employees and shareholders. Best thing to do is get away and stay away.

The person who posted this thread is right it’s better off if you hate this job that much to start looking for something else and if you find something else take it. I didn’t land at the greatest job but I needed to get off of it because being a FTOW under mission 1 was toxic. I was literally willing to take anything just to get off this job. And the longer you stay in the situation the worse it will get. I’ll admit when mission 1 was fairly new I had always hated it from the start but life outside of work wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t soon before long that my whole life was suffering because of how bad I hated this job. I’m still recovering to this day.

Just do what you can and don't worry about it. God will provide for you.
You work for God not this toxic company

You are right, I think most people are worried about insurance and benefits, so they stay and hope it eventually gets better, but it only gets worse.
