Then they realized they could not afford them, so they sold 49% interest.
That means they will now make 49% less profit.

Single point of failure in each management layer, start from Ann. The GM and VP for TD automation are from ATTD which have no clue on LTD, or from Global Foundry who are just talkers and liers. They came to LTD and destroyed it. Ann is just d-mb to get her parties who listen to her, who lie to her. Single point of failure.
