D-mb question but gotta ask, does the severance package count as W2 income and taxable ?

Yes, they will take it out of your severance check. Once you get that check stub go see your accountant.
Severance is 1.5 weeks of pay per year of service, plus 4 weeks, plus 9 weeks. Somebody that has been here for 10 years would receive 28 weeks or approx. 7 months of pay.
300 for G10 is not uncommon. I am close to 300 and G10. Will most likely not VSP and wait for ISP
Yep. Too many G10 and G11 getting 300K. Smh
That is a d-mb question - the fact that Intel is paying you $312k is likely the reason why the company is in trouble.
@gf1
That includes 4 weeks + 9 weeks per the calculator so a total of 13 weeks

Lol, 5 months employment for 78K severance? Pat, that you?
Fu-k that su-ks. I've been here for 5 months. Severance looks to be around 78K but after taxes that's peanuts.
Yes, it counts as supplemental income
