As per law in California, do we have 60days? For example if notified on 1st October, we will be on a payroll until December 1?

I believe this is why you get 13 weeks of pay. It covers whatever laws are in place like this one. Please watch the video and read the resources bs asking a random board and taking that advice. It is pretty clearly laid out on circuit and has been since CPM started.
What is November 15 last day of work in the timeline ?
