I believe the CPM terms have been the same for the past 1.5 yrs since the Nov'22 actions. Does anyone know what "enhanced retirement" means, and if it's better (or the same as) CPM? I know if you are eligible for retirement, and get CPM'd, you are classified as retiree in the HR system, so there's not benefit there. I know CPM has a max amount of weeks serverace... 9wk + years of service calc (capped amount total of 47wks?) plus legally accrued time (vacation, sabbatical, personal holiday, etc).

The difference is even a few weeks ago 1 to 4 batches of RSU pullin was worth much more, they had to try to make up for this somehow.
@nzf I hope you get capped, and not get any buyout on your way out. People who have left Intel, and can't read Circuit. This is prob why Intel is in the toilet today... stupid employees making d-mb assertions, thinking they are smart.
The OP should be the 1st to be let go.
Didn’t go to circuit and read CPM FAQ.
All the answers are there, yet another person who can’t think for themselves
The 47 week cap applies to just the 4weeks+1.5yr of service. Then there is a 9week for CPM and an extra 8weeks for enhanced retirement so the max is 64 weeks total. 47+9+8
Any yes as others mentioned the two other things included in the enhanced Package are 18months of cobra and an additional $20k cash.
- 5 year extra of cobra
There’s 8 added weeks pay to start, plus $20k medical cash.
A bit more than CPM. No additional incentive beyond that
