He is a clown. Who clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.

The ELT is d-mb. They already did this in 2023. All they had to do was keep a hiring freeze in place and Intel would eventually shrink to size. But they didn't. They even brought the planes back! Insanity.

Any problem at Intel is his responsible. That is what CEO paid for.

Pat could start by holding his tongue when talking about potential customers and key suppliers. He's insulted Nvidia (lucky), AMD (rear view), Apple (lifestyle company) and more just running his mouth.

You can't blame product delays or defects on the CEO

Yes you absolutely can.
The CEO is accountable for all of that since he allowed the conditions for that to happen.
He gets paid the big bucks to be accountable.

Tell us what he IS responsible for?

Funny how people are so critical of Pat on this board. The biggest mistake he make was not making this cut 2 years ago. He trusted in Intel's employee to turn things around, but the employees failed him. You can't blame product delays or defects on the CEO. You can all keep blaming the CEO and get ready for the company to go bankrupt and all of you losing your jobs, or look in the mirror and figure out how to beat competition and survive.
