It su-ks knowing that some of your eligible retiring colleagues who work hard and have a wealth of knowledge are being targeted to leave when you literally have younger lazy non contributing slacking others who will still be here after all is said and done. Intel really missed an opportunity to get rid of the cancer that is the new culture of the entitled, the break abusers, the medical abusers, the supervisors/managers who don't do nothing, engineers who don't even engineer! If we gonna lose this much people, why not make it worth it? Use the ISP to truly get rid of the non performers and in general sh---y employees.

Why do all these boomers want us to cheer for them? You guys are the ones responsible for this mess. And you are getting a bail out and leaving us all with your messy. You guys are all terrible. It’s crazy that you guys want this hero treatment. Get the fu-k out. You are the ones who ruined Intel
You made enough money, time to go. Make room for the next generation and stop withholding the wealth of knowledge. It doesn't matter, New processes will be invented by talented people. You aren't that valuable. I hope all those vacations were worth it!
I've been a green badge at the chandler facility for almost a year now and I can honestly say the abuse you talking about is done by everybody! I worked OT on multiple shifts and all the same. nobody wants to work, they all take long breaks blah blah blah they got techs and equipment techs who literally bs all shift long. So from outside looking in, with all due respect, don't think intel can turn this ship around
