D-mb IDM2.0 training, Zero Motivation for Employees BUT Guilt free PG

Loyal, dedicated employees are receiving NO clear communication about the company's future direction.
Good Managers despite building strong teams, now lack guidance to share with their subordinates. Instead of meaningful information, circuit is flooded with irrelevant FAQs.

The individual primarily responsible for the company's current challenges, including misguided process node strategies, poor investments, and detrimental decisions, should be mandated to undergo IDM2.0 training. This person continues to draw a substantial salary while making dismissive comments like "rear-view mirror" and "lifestyle company," all amidst declining investor confidence.

Middle management is massively bloated. At least one layer should be eliminated, and that layer should be one of the layers near the top, where people are making the most money for the fewest measurable contributions.

"The reality is the top talent already left Intel… the hardware people went to Nvidia..."

Is this why Nvidia's Blackwell has been delayed for 3-months due to a design defect?

The reality is the top talent already left Intel… the hardware people went to Nvidia, Apple, AMD… the software people went to Alphabet, Meta, Netflix, or Microsoft. Those left behind will have a really hard time finding jobs, with outdated skills at best or no skills at all at worst… hence long timers and coasters freaking out right now.
