Isn't execution really at fault?

Everyone is blaming CEO here - why not share some blame with Ann & Keyvan? Execution misses, not being able to handle customers... isn't that them? Just asking...

The CEO is in charge of execution. The CEO is failing to execute the strategy.

The problem is culture in many different aspects. Execution problems are just the symptom. Look at the latest actions it still seems management not figured this out. We need change top down starting with the board.
